This service consists of draining all lines, fixtures and any plumbing which is susceptible to freezing with the introduction of liquid antifreeze to ensure no damage to fixtures or pipes will occur.

Lawn care and landscaping prices will be estimated at the initial inspection stage. American Trust Properties will schedule regular lawn maintenance at periodic intervals as per your request and approval.

General maintenance includes but is not limited to painting, electrical, carpentry, plumbing and removal and replacement of carpet and vinyl. These services are performed by our professional staff with over 20 years experience. American Trust Properties will give a comprehensive bid and provide photographs of all work completed.
